Removal and installation the front bumper trim
1. Loosen the screws (1).
2. Remove the air duct (2).
Note: When installing, please ensure that the air duct (2) is positioned correctly.
3. Remove the screws (1) on the bumper trim (2).
4. Detach the cover (1) from the bumper trim {2) using tool 009317 in the direction indicated by the arrow.
5. Remove screws (1 and 2).
6. Loosen the screws (1 - 3) on the wheel arch cover (4).
7. Remove the wheel arch cover (4) by moving it to the side.
Note: When installing, ensure that the wheel arch cover (4) is positioned correctly.
8. Remove the screw (1) on the bumper trim (2).
Caution: Avoid damaging the bumper trim when removing.
9. Pry up the bumper trim (1) using tool 009317 and remove it in the direction indicated by the arrow.
Note: The following procedures are for modifications without headlight washers.
10. Pull the bumper trim (1) forward slightly.
11. If necessary, disconnect the connectors of the ultrasonic sensors and/or fog lights.
12. Remove the bumper trim (1) forward (assistant needed).
Note: The following procedures are for the headlight washer retrofit.
Note: Prepare a rubber plug.
13. Pull the bumper trim (3) forward slightly.
14. Unlock the pipeline (1), disconnect and close the outlet (2) of the pump with a rubber plug.
15. Remove the bumper trim (3) forward (assistant needed).
Note: The crossbars (1) of the bumper trim (2) must not be damaged.
16. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the above notes.
