Removal and installation brake discs on both front wheels
1. Remove the wheels.
2. Remove the brake pads.
Note: After completing the work, follow the instructions for bedding in new brake discs/pads.

3. Check the minimum thickness of the brake disc.
1) Place the 341280 device on three points in area (1) and take readings.
2) Compare the smallest of the obtained values with the given value.
Please note: Brake pads should only be replaced if the brake disc thickness is greater than or equal to the minimum thickness (MIN TH).
Attention:
- If the brake discs are replaced, new brake pads should also be installed.
- Brake discs should only be replaced in pairs (on both axle wheels).

Attention:
- When unscrewing the brake disc mounting screws, do not hit the friction ring with a hammer or anything similar under any circumstances.
- If necessary, gently tap the brake disc hub with a rubber hammer.
- Thoroughly clean the mating surface of the wheel hub with the brake disc and remove any traces of corrosion.
- Unevenness on the mating plane can lead to warping of the brake disc.
4. Loosen the screw (1) and remove the brake disc (2).
Note:
- When installing, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the mating surface of the wheel hub with the brake disc, and remove traces of corrosion if necessary.
- Replace the screw.
Tightening torque: 16 Nm.

Attention:
- Ventilated brake discs are balanced.
- Do not remove or move the balancing brackets under any circumstances.
5. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the above notes.
