For vehicles with adjustable windscreen wiper force, with the ignition off and the windscreen wiper blade installed, the gap between the adjusting screw (1) and the pusher (2) should be 0 – 0.2 mm (A).
1. Install tool No.00 9 230 on the glass near the wiper blade pivot point.
2. If the installation angle is not adjusted correctly, turn the wiper arm to the correct position using two tools No.00 9 220. The procedure is carried out in the following order:
- Select the greatest possible distance (A) from fixture (1) to fixture (2) and fix fixture (1) so that the hinge (3) is not subjected to bending load;
- Rotate the device (2);
- Check the functionality.
