1. Bring the windshield wipers to the vertical position. To do this, turn on the ignition and set the windshield wiper switch to the interval mode. When the windshield wipers are at rest during the pause, turn off the ignition – they will become vertical.



2. Remove the plastic cover (1). Press the retaining spring down, pull the wiper blade towards the lever and remove it with an upward movement.

Windscreen wiper arms

The procedure for removing the windshield wiper arm on the driver's side is different from the procedure for removing the front passenger's side. Do not allow the windshield wiper arms to become deformed when removing them. Driver's side

1. Remove the cover covering the screw (1) and unscrew it.

When installing, clean the threads from excess grease and install a new screw, lubricating it with a locking sealant.

2. Loosen the nut (2) and remove the windshield wiper arm.



3. When installing, screw the screw (1) in the direction of the push rod (3) so that the specified dimension (A = 1.3 mm) between the lever (2) adjusting the pressing force and the wiper arm (4) is maintained. It will be easier to tighten the nut if you lightly press the wiper arm against the windshield.

Front passenger side

1. Remove the covers covering the nuts and give away these nuts.



2. Disconnect both wiper arms.
