Below is a description for the intake manifold of cylinders No.1-6. Removal and installation of the intake manifold of cylinders No.7-12 is performed similarly.
1. Remove the fuel distribution line assembly with injectors.
2. Disconnect the connector (1). Unscrew the throttle body mounting bolts, remove it without disconnecting the hoses, and set it aside.
When installing, replace the gasket between the pipe and the throttle body.
3. Mark the routing of the knock sensor wires (1 and 2) on the intake manifold.
4. Unscrew the bolts securing the noise insulation trim and remove it.
5. Remove the nuts and move the high-voltage wires to the side.
6. Unscrew the intake manifold mounting bolts using tool (attachment) No.11 6 060.
7. Loosen the bolts (1) securing the crankcase ventilation (PCV) control valve and remove it.
8. If necessary, remove the ventilation tube (1).
Pay attention to the installation position of the ventilation tube (1) in the manifold (2).
9. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
