2. Perform the operations described in Sections 2 through 4 of Section Diesel engine M67.
3. Unscrew the bolt (1), loosen the union nuts (2), remove the distribution tube (3).
4. Loosen the union nuts (1), remove the distribution pipe (2) and disconnect the return fuel pipes (3). Loosen the union nuts (4), remove the distribution pipe (5) and the fuel distributor (6).
5. Loosen the union nut (1) and unscrew the distribution pipe (2) in the direction indicated by the arrow.
6. Cut the clamp (1) and remove the hose holder (2).
7. Loosen the clamps (1) and remove the hoses (2).

8. Release the water hose from the retainer and disconnect it from the cooling system pipe.
9. Unscrew the bolts (1) and remove the EGR pipe (2). Clean the mating surfaces of the pipe and replace the EGR pipe gaskets.

10. Remove the bolts.
11. Slightly lift the cooling system tube (1) and pull it out of the thermostat housing (2).
If necessary, replace the sealing ring in the thermostat housing.
12. Slightly lift the wiring harness (1) and remove the cooling system pipe (2).
13. Loosen the fasteners around the perimeter of the oil separator flange.
14. Remove the wiring harness retainer from the grub screw.
15. Open the water hose retainer (1), disconnect it and remove the PCV system oil separator (2).
16. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Use new gaskets, install them dry on pre-cleaned mating surfaces.
