Attention:
- After completing the work, check the oil level and top up if necessary.
- Use only recommended grades of transmission oil.
- Failure to comply with this rule will result in serious damage to the transfer case.
1. Remove the transfer case.

2. Make a hole in the seal (2) using a punch (1).
Caution: Do not use a drill. The chips generated during drilling can lead to failure of the unit.
Note: The figure shows the NV125 gearbox.

3. Screw in tool 230490.
4. Knock out the oil seal (1) using a weight (2).
Note: The figure shows the NV125 gearbox.

5. Press in the oil seal using tool 271390.
6. Install the removed parts on the vehicle.
7. Check the oil level.
8. Check the tightness of the unit.
