Disassembly
Slide the piston inside the cylinder a little and unscrew the locking screw.
Remove the circlip and remove the front brake piston.
Remove the rear brake actuator piston by lightly tapping the cylinder against the wood pad.
Dismantling the front brake piston
After unscrewing the connecting screw, remove the spring plate, spring, pressure ring, outer main collar and spacer, then remove the pressure ring, inner main collars, spacer and pressure ring.
Dismantling the rear brake piston
Remove the spring, pressure ring, main collar and spacer washer. Remove the separator sleeves.
Assembly
Thoroughly wash all parts and cylinder body with alcohol or fresh brake fluid and dry with compressed air. Check the technical condition of the parts.
The assembly of the master cylinder is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly, taking into account the following:
- separating cuffs of the rear brake drive piston should be installed so that their edges are directed in the opposite direction;
- the pressure ring of the front brake drive piston should rest against the main cuff;
- assemblies of a detail and a mirror of the cylinder grease with paste for working cylinders of brakes;
- when installing the pistons, use the sleeve 34 3 010 so as not to damage the cuffs;
- before tightening the locking screw, slightly squeeze the pistons;
- at each disassembly of the cylinder, replace the copper o-ring installed in front of the front brake drive piston retaining ring;
- Lubricate the cylinder piston rod with silicone grease.
