If your vehicle's radio is equipped with an anti-theft system, make sure you have entered the correct code before disconnecting the battery cable. See section for information Anti-theft audio system and instrument panel language before disconnecting the wire.
If after connecting the wire on your instrument panel there are inscriptions in the wrong language that you need, refer to Section Anti-theft audio system and instrument panel language, for instructions on how to set the desired language.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Non-separable (sealed) lamps
1. Remove the grille (see chapter Body).
2. Give screws of fastening of a head lamp, trying not to damage adjusting screws.
3. Remove the holder and push the headlight outward just enough to unplug the connector.
4. Remove the headlight.
5. To install the headlight, connect the connector, put the headlight in place and insert the fixing screws. Tighten the screws securely.
6. Install the grille. Connect the negative battery cable.
Halogen lamps
Bulbs filled with halogen are under pressure and can shatter. If their surface is scratched or dropped. Wear safety goggles and handle these lamps very carefully, holding them by the base if possible. Do not touch the surface of the lamps with your fingers, as oil from your skin can cause them to overheat and fail prematurely.
If you do touch the surface of the lamp with your hands, wipe it with methyl alcohol.
1. Remove the headlamp outer cover from the back of the assembly.
2. Unscrew the inner cover from the back of the headlight.
3. Disconnect the wire from the back of the headlight bulb.
4. Lower clips and take a lamp from the block of a head lamp. Do not touch the surface of the lamp with your fingers.
5. Install a new bulb in the reverse order of removal. Make sure the clips are holding the lamp.
6. Connect the negative battery cable.
