Cleaning headlights or fog lights
Every fifth wiper stroke, when the automatic mode or the automatic wiper/washer intensive mode* is switched on, the headlights are also cleaned at the same time, if the parking lights are switched on.
1 - Intermittent operation of cleaners
The time interval is adjusted automatically, depending on the speed of movement.
If it is possible to program the interval*, then to program the time switch the lever briefly from position 0 to position 1.
Time to re-switch (from position 0 to position 1) - and there is a programmed time interval (Max. 20 seconds, doubling with vehicle stopped).
To extinguish it, move the lever to position 2 or turn off the engine.
2 - The first speed of the cleaners
When the vehicle is stationary, switching to interval operation occurs automatically.
5 - Automatic operation of cleaners and washers
Detergent is sprayed onto the windshield and the wiper turns on briefly (if the lever is pressed into this position only for a moment, then only the washer will work).
6 - Automatic mode of intensive operation of cleaners and washers
Similar to point 5, however, in addition, a particularly strong detergent is sprayed onto the windshield beforehand.
Heated washer nozzles
It turns on automatically when the key is turned in the ignition switch to position 2.
Use windshield washers only if it is impossible for the detergent to freeze on the windshield, otherwise visibility will be sharply reduced.
Do not use windshield washers when the tank is empty - the pump may be damaged. Separate the frozen wiper blades from the glass so that when the wiper is turned on, the system is not damaged.
