On models with engine M52 disconnect the connector, disconnect the hoses (1 and 2) from the valve and remove the EVAP valve from the holder by moving it upwards.

The EVAP valve is located near the left suspension strut dome.

On models with engine M60 loosen the EVAP valve located near the left front wheel arch. Disconnect the connector (1), loosen the clamp (2) and disconnect the fuel hose. Open the retainer (3) and disconnect the hose.

When installing, replace the clamp and fuel hose.


Models with M73 engine

2. Label and disconnect the EVAP valve connectors.

3. Open the quick release clamps securing the EVAP valve hoses and disconnect the hoses.

4. Remove the EVAP valves from the holder.

5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Replace the supply hoses to the throttle bodies together with the clamps.
