Replacing the power steering pressure line
Attention:
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness. Prevent dirt from entering the hydraulic system.
- Seal the hydraulic lines with caps.
Caution: Collect liquid in a suitable container and dispose of it safely.
1. Pump out the hydraulic fluid from the tank and send it for disposal.
2. Remove the front panel of the engine auxiliary mechanisms protection.

3. Unscrew the coupling (1) and disconnect the pressure pipeline (2) from the pump.
Note:
- When installing, it is necessary to replace the sealing ring.
- Ensure that hydraulic lines are laid without tension and with sufficient clearance from adjacent parts.
Tightening torque: 35 Nm.
4. Disconnect the pressure line along its entire length up to the branch pipe on the steering gear.

5. Unscrew the FCD coupling and disconnect the pressure line.
6. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the above notes.
7. Fill and bleed the hydraulic system.
8. Check the tightness of the pipeline connections.
