Removal and installation the radiator (M57T2, M47T2, N47)
Attention:
- Risk of steam burn.
- This operation should only be performed on a cold engine.
1. Observe the "Instructions for performing work on the cooling system".
2. Remove the fan shroud.
3. Drain the coolant.
4. Remove the bolt on the intercooler.
5. Loosen the bolt on the charge air cooler (1).
6. Unscrew the bolt.
7. Loosen the bracket (1).
Tightening torque: 2.5 Nm.
8. Unlock and disconnect the coolant hoses (1).
9. Remove the radiator (2) in the direction indicated by the arrow.
10. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the above notes.
