If engine oil enters the coolant circuit, for example, if the cylinder head gasket is damaged, then after repair, the radiator and expansion tank must be removed and washed with a special cleaning agent. Approximately 2 liters of cleaning agent will be required and the instructions for its use should be followed. After installing the radiator, you need to fill the cooling system with hot water several times and then drain it.
Withdrawal
Remove the fan.
Drain the coolant from the engine.
After loosening the clamps and sliding them, remove the thick coolant hoses at the top and bottom of the radiator.

Disconnect the wire from the level sensor (13) on the bottom left of the radiator. For models with air conditioning, remove the plug from the temperature switch (10) on the right side of the radiator.
If there is, remove the automatic transmission oil cooler lines from the radiator, collect the fluid that flows out. Seal open pipe connections to keep dirt out.
Attention: The radiators for power steering, air conditioning and for automatic transmission are located in front of the radiator of the engine cooling system in the mount (cassette). When removing the main heatsink, these heatsinks must be removed first. The air conditioner refrigerant line must only be disconnected by a specialist workshop.
Pull up the seal. Unscrew the bolts on the left and right and remove both radiator mounts. Pull the radiator up.
Caution: The radiator fins are thin and sharp, so protective gloves must be worn when removing them.
Installation
Check and, if necessary, replace the coolant hoses. You should also check the condition of both lower radiator rubber mounts.
Insert the heatsink from above so that the rubber mounts are on the bearing surfaces.
Press down on the top of the radiator and install its fasteners.
Put on the seal.
Tighten the pipe nuts from the automatic transmission to its oil cooler to 20 Nm.
Then check the fluid level.
Slide the coolant hoses onto the radiator and secure with clamps.
If removed, put the plugs on the temperature switch and on the level sensor. Install a fan. Fill with coolant and bleed air from the cooling system.
Check the coolant level and top up if necessary.
