Removal and installation/replacing the drive belt (elastic) air conditioning compressor
1. Remove the front engine crankcase protection panel.
2. If necessary, loosen the air conditioning compressor bracket fastening.
3. Turn the engine in the direction of rotation.
4. At the same time, remove the drive belt (1) using a clean cloth (2) moving it forward in the direction indicated by the arrow.
5. Remove the drive belt (1) forward.
6. Rotate the tool (2) 110332 onto the tool (1) 110331.
7. Place the drive belt (1) on the air conditioning compressor.
8. Tension the drive belt (1) using tools 110331 and 110332 on the pulley in the direction indicated by the arrow.
9. Check the installation position of the drive belt.
10. Assemble the engine.
