Removal


1. Remove the cover on the end of the door.

The cover consists of two parts. First, remove the central part "1" with a screwdriver, then detach and remove the outer part "2".

2. Unscrew screw "2" through the hole in the door sheet using a 5 mm socket wrench. Press the screw inward so that it does not fall.

3. Pull the cover "3" with the lock cylinder "4" back a little and release it, then pull it out. The screw is protected from falling by the corresponding nut.

4. Carefully remove the locking hook "5" and remove the cover "3" from the lock cylinder "4".

The second retainer is located on the opposite side and is not shown in the illustration.


Installation



5. Check for damage to the locking hook of the lock cylinder cover; replace the cover if necessary.

6. Place the cover on the lock cylinder and secure it.

7. Loosen the Allen screw lock nut if it was secured.

8. Insert the lock cylinder with the cover into the door opening. The cylinder pin should enter the lock. If necessary, insert the key into the lock cylinder and turn the pin a little.

9. Press the cylinder against the door and slightly against the door hinge and secure it in place.

10. Tighten the Allen screw.

Do not tighten the screw too much, otherwise the lock cylinder may jam.


11. Insert the cover from the end of the door. Press the outer part into the hole first, then the central part.
