Adjusting the angle of the headlight beam (BMW 5 Series E39)
The headlight beam tilt adjustment system consists of a regulator located in the passenger compartment next to the fog light switch and actuator motors at the main headlights. When the low beam is on, turning the regulator, you can match the headlight beam tilt angle to the vehicle load.
