- from the steering wheel (1), switching on the high beam;
- to the steering wheel (2), switching on the intermittent light signal, the blue control indicator lights up;
- up (3), the right turn signal is turned on, the relay clicks and the green indicator lights up. Rapid clicking of the relay and flashing of the indicator indicates a malfunction of one of the right turn signal lamps;
- down, (4) left turn signal on, relay clicks and green indicator lights up. Rapid relay clicking and indicator flashing indicates a malfunction of one of the left turn signal lamps BMW X5 E53.
Lever up — right turn, right arrow on the instrument panel flashes, lever down — left turn, left arrow on the instrument panel flashes. If you move the lever slightly, without moving it beyond the point of increased resistance, it will automatically return to its original position (neutral) position after completing the maneuver. The parking lights mode is activated only when the ignition key is set to the "O" position. To turn on the right-hand lights, move the lever up, and the left-hand lights down, which corresponds to turning on the turn signals.
