Power windows
The power windows can be operated by turning the ignition key to position «1» and higher. The control panel is located on the armrest of the driver's door (pic. 1.28) for all interior doors, except for the rear. Each door has its own on/off switch.
When the switch is pressed without going beyond the point of increased resistance and held in this position, the glass moves up as long as the switch is held in this position.
When the switch is pressed briefly from the transition beyond the point of increased resistance, the glass moves to the rise automatically, in the start-stop mode, until the switch is pressed again in the same way.
For the passengers of the cabin, their own control panels for the glass doors are provided, only those located next to them.
After turning off the ignition, it remains possible to use the power windows for another 15 minutes, even if the ignition key is in the «1», «0» or removed, but only until one of the front doors is opened. Automatic lowering and lifting of windows can be carried out by turning the key in the door lock or using the remote control.
To lower the windows, close the door, turn the key and hold it in position «Unlock». To raise the windows, close the door, turn the key and hold it in position «lock up». If you release the key, the glass will stop moving. All of the above applies to the hatch in the roof of the cabin.
Anti-pinch function
Windows have rail contacts on the inside of the frame. If, at the moment of raising the glass, you touch the rack contact at the upper edge of the opening, then the glass will stop and go down a little. This function cannot be implemented when the start-stop control mode is held and the switch is held in the extreme position.
Attention! In any case, make sure that there are no obstacles in the way of the glass.
Safety switch
To exclude injuries, especially children, a key is provided (arrow, fig. 1.29) rear door power window lock. This prohibition also applies to the adjustment of the electric rear seats.
Attention! The safety switch must always be pressed when there are children in the rear seats.
