Removal
Remove the cabin air filter housing on the right rear of the engine bay to access the fuse/relay box.
Remove the screws and remove the cover from the fuse box.
Remove the pre-glow relay.

Check the 80A power fuse next to the connector plug and replace it if it is faulty. Before replacing, determine the cause of the overload and eliminate it.
Disconnect the thick positive wire from the relay housing.
The figure shows the diagram of the pre-heating relay.

The location of the plugs is shown on the relay cover.
G1-G6 - glow plugs from 1 to 6;
KI.31 - connected positive voltage from ignition switch;
KI.30 - positive voltage from battery;
Ust — control voltage (from the DDE control unit);
Dia is a place for diagnostics.
Connect the wires to the battery and connect the voltage tester to contact 31 of the plug and to the "ground". Turn on the ignition. The LED in the voltage tester should light up, and if it does not, check the voltage supply from the ignition switch.
When the LED in the voltage tester lights up, check the glow plug wires for integrity and replace them if necessary. If the wires are normal, replace the pre-glow relay.
Replace the control unit cover.
Close the electronic unit, install the cabin air filter.
