Removal



Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.

Note: This will erase any fault information from the on-board computer memory.


Remove the high-voltage distributor housing. To do this, use a screwdriver to pry up the flange at the top and bottom and move the housing to the side.

Disconnect the ignition wires from the distributor.

Disconnect the ignition wires from the distributor.


Unscrew the distributor cap.

Loosen the runner using a bent Allen key with a 3mm spanner.

Remove the cover.

Installation



Install the runner and tighten to 3 Nm.

Install and secure the distributor cap.

Note: The numbering of the wires and connection contacts must match each other. ZS - ignition coil.


Install the distributor cap.

Connect the ground wire to the battery.
