Since the hydraulic clutch system uses brake fluid, you should read the same section in the chapter "Brakes".
Caution: When using the bleeding procedure described here without a special device, a small amount of air may remain in the hydraulic system. This will be audible as a grinding noise when shifting gears due to incomplete disengagement of the clutch. In this case, the system must be bled in a workshop using a special device.
Remove the lower splash guard (cover) of the engine compartment.

Check the brake fluid level in the reservoir and, if necessary, top up to the MAX mark.
Remove the dust cap from the air bleed valve (bolt) (arrow) on the slave cylinder. Attach a clear hose to the valve.
Carefully unscrew the bleed valve and screw it in so that it can be easily unscrewed and screwed in. Use a socket wrench or socket to unscrew it so as not to damage the hexagon of the valve.
Place the other end of the hose in a container of brake fluid to prevent air from getting back into the system during the bleeding process.
The assistant should press the clutch pedal 10 times until it stops and then hold it in the pressed position.
In this position, loosen the air bleed valve. The brake fluid will start to flow out. When there are no more air bubbles in the escaping brake fluid, tighten the valve.
Caution: The brake fluid level in the reservoir should not drop too much. Always top up with fresh fluid.
Release the clutch pedal and press it again 10 times, hold it down and unscrew the air bleed valve.
Continue this process until no more air bubbles come out of the hose, adding only fresh brake fluid to the reservoir.
Tighten the air bleed valve, remove the hose and replace the dust cap.
Lower the car. Add brake fluid to the reservoir up to the MAX mark.
Check the operation of the brakes and clutch.
Removal air using a device
In workshops, air is usually removed from the clutch hydraulic system using a special device. This device creates pressure on the brake fluid.
Unscrew the cap from the brake fluid reservoir. Remove the control float.
Connect the air bleeder according to its operating instructions.
Place the hose on the bleeder valve (bolt). Place the other end in a bottle of brake fluid.
Open the air bleed valve until no more air bubbles come out, then close it.
Remove the air bleeder.
Slowly press the clutch pedal 10 times until it stops and slowly release it.
Remove the slave cylinder from the transmission, leaving the hydraulic line connected.
Loosen the air bleed valve. Press the push rod against the working cylinder until air bubbles stop appearing. The valve should be facing upwards. Tighten the valve and slowly return the push rod.

Caution: The clutch pedal must not be pressed when the slave cylinder is removed.
Install the control float. Add brake fluid to the MAX mark. Screw on the brake fluid reservoir cap.
Install the cabin air filter housing.
Install the lower mudguard (cover) of the engine compartment.
