Drive belts
If you intend to continue using a removable belt, note the direction of its movement.
1. Remember the layout of the belts on the pulleys.
2. Remove the crankcase guard, engine top cover, and engine cooling fan shroud.
3. Wring out the tensioner of the drive belt of the K / V compressor by the hexagon (1) in the direction of the arrow and remove the drive belt (2).
4. Press the tensioner (1) drive belt in the direction of the arrow, and remove the alternator drive belt.
5. Check the condition of the belts (see chapter Vehicle settings and routine maintenance) and replace them if necessary.
6. Lay the drive belt over the pulleys and rollers and make sure it is in the correct position.
When installing a belt that has already been used, observe the previous direction of its movement.
Tensioner of a belt of a drive of the compressor To/in
1. Remove drive belts.
2. Remove the bolts (1) and a bolt on the back side of the tensioner (3). Remove tensioner pulley with lever (2) in the direction of the arrow. Remove the tensioner (3) drive belt.
3. Make sure that the groove on the tensioner body is pointing down.
4. Center the tensioner, install the bolts, but do not tighten them.
5. Install the tensioner pulley with lever and tighten the bolts.
Generator drive belt tensioner
1. Remove drive belts.
2. Remove the screws (1) and remove the duct (2).
3. Remove the bolt (1) and film the video (2).
4. Remove the bolt (1) and loosen the bolt (2). Take the generator aside.
5. Give the self-locking nut (1).
When installing, use a new self-locking nut.
6. Remove the tension roller with a lever (1) in the direction indicated by the arrow.
7. Turn out bolts (1) and remove tensioner (2) generator drive belt.
8. Make sure that the groove in the tensioner housing (2) facing the generator.
9. Center the tensioner, install its mounting bolts, but do not tighten them.
10. Install the tensioner roller with lever and tighten the tensioner mounting bolts.
