After removing the manifold, immediately close the intake ports in the cylinder head.
If the installed charge air hoses are not degreased or wet, the turbocharger may fail.
1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. Remove the front section of the engine top cover and lift the center of the top cover.
3. Remove the battery positive terminal cover in the engine compartment. Give a nut and movement upwards remove an output of the positive plug.
4. Remove from the inlet pipeline soundproof casings.
5. Remove the screws (1) and remove the profile seal (2).
6. Disconnect the boost pressure sensor connector.
7. Loosen clamp (1), disconnect the hose (2) and remove the clamp (3) pipeline system EGR.
8. Remove the screws (1) and give nuts (2). Disconnect the vacuum line (3) from the EGR valve. Slightly raise the intake manifold and free the vacuum pipeline (from the vacuum pump) from the clips on the bottom of the intake manifold.
Pay attention to the position of both clips of the soundproof casing on the manifold. After removing the pipeline, immediately close the inlet to prevent contamination.
9. Replace o-rings (1 and 2).
10. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. The mating surfaces must be dry and free of grease.
