Removal and installation the DSC control unit
Caution: Observe the ESD protection instructions (ESD - Electrostatic Discharge).
1. Remove the hydraulic unit.
2. Loosen the screws (1) and carefully remove the control unit (2) forward.
Caution. Risk of damage to contacts when removing and installing the unit on the hydraulic unit.
Note:
- During installation, do not allow the sealing surfaces to become contaminated.
- Replace the screws.
- Observe the tightening sequence (1 - 4).
Tightening torque: 3 Nm.
Note:
- When replacing the control unit, it is necessary to perform coding/programming and perform correction of the steering wheel angle sensor.
- Check the correct connection of the brake drive pipeline and check the operation of the hydraulic unit.
3. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the above notes.
