Removal and installation the DSC master cylinder



1. Remove the tank.

2. Disconnect the brake system pipes (1).


2. Disconnect the brake system pipes (1).

Note: When installing, please pay attention to the change in tightening torque.


Tightening torque: 17 Nm.

3. Loosen the nuts (2) and remove the master brake cylinder (3) from the brake booster in the direction indicated by the arrow.

Note: Self-locking nuts must be replaced during installation.


Tightening torque: 14 Nm.

Note: When installing, it is necessary to replace the sealing ring (1).

Note: When inserting the master brake cylinder (2) into the brake booster (1), make sure that the booster pusher (1) is in the same plane as the master brake cylinder piston rod.




4. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the above notes.

5. Bleed the brake system.
