- Do not use damaged or modified devices.
- It is prohibited to make changes to the design of the devices.
- These devices are designed exclusively for compressing and relieving force from cylindrical and conical shock absorber springs.
- The fixtures must be dry and free of dirt and grease up to the lead screw.
- The use of an impact wrench is prohibited.
- The spring must not be compressed until the coils are completely adjacent to each other.
1. Remove the front shock absorber strut.

2. Clamp fixture 313341 in a vice.
3. Place tools 313382 and 313383 on top of tool 313341. The stoppers (1) must lock with a noticeable and audible click.
4. Check the reliability of fastening of devices 313382 and 313383 and correct any defects.

5. Clean the spring from dirt and insert it into devices 313382 and 313383.
6. Turn the shock absorber strut so that tool 313382 fits into the protrusion (1) on the strut.
Caution: The spring coils must be completely seated in the recesses of tools 313362 and 313383.
7. Compress the spring only until the force is removed from the rod in the shock absorber cylinder.

8. Remove the cap.
9. Unscrew the nut using tool 313210 (holding the cylinder rod from turning).

10. Remove the upper support (1), dust seal and washer (2).
11. Remove the plate (3) with the insulating gasket (4).
12. Remove the shock absorber with the bump stop, protective cover and spring insulating pad from the compressed spring to the side.

13. If necessary, remove the bump stop (1), protective cover (2) and insulating gasket (3) from the shock absorber.

14. Remove the compression force from the spring.
15. Remove the spring from tools 313382 and 313383.
