Removal and installation the left or right swivel support
1. Remove the front wheel.

Caution: Spread the angular locking device wide enough to avoid damaging the threads when loosening the flange nut.
2. Loosen the flange nut by pressing the brake pedal.
Note:
- When installing, it is necessary to replace the flange nut. Lubricate the contact surfaces on the nut and wheel bearing with oil and tighten the nut.
- Do not allow oil to come into contact with the threads of the axle shaft collar and nut.
- Lock the flange nut by tapping it on the flat surfaces of the axle shaft.
Tightening torque: 420 Nm.
3. Remove the brake disc.
4. Press out the flange.
Note: Only when replacing the swivel support.
5. Disconnect the front pulse sensor from the pivot support.
6. Disconnect the tie rod end from the steering column.
7. Disconnect the guide joint from the pivot support.
8. Disconnect the suspension wishbone from the pivot support.
9. Disconnect the stabilizer bar mounting strut from the shock absorber strut.
Caution: Do not knock the axle shaft out of the flange.
10. Move the swivel support to the side.
11. Press the axle shaft out of the flange.

12. Support the pivot support (1) using a jack and a suitable support.
13. Loosen the nut and remove the bolt (2) forward.
14. Release the pivot support (1) using tool 312230.
15. Lower the jack.
16. Remove the swivel support (1).
Note: The self-locking nut must be replaced during installation.
Tightening torque: 100 Nm.

Note:
- When installing, the bottom of the shock absorber strut and the clamp in the pivot support must be cleaned of dirt and grease.
- Release the pivot support (1) using tool 312230, position it so that the gap aligns with the pins (2) on the rear side of the shock absorber strut, and lift it up to the stop.

17. Move the dust cuff (1).

18. Replace the protective cover (2) of the brake mechanism.
Note: Only when replacing the swivel support.
Note: When installing, it is necessary to install a new wheel bearing and press in the flange.
19. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the above notes.
20. Check and adjust the wheel alignment angles.
