Prepare fixtures «00.2.030» And «23.0.130». Remove lever (6) PP and support the gearbox and transfer case with tools «00.2.030» And «23.0.130» (see fig. 8.5).
Remove bolts (6, see fig. 8.3) and remove the support bar (1) fixing the manual transmission to the car body. Using a screwdriver, unhook the spring retainers from the tide on the gearbox housing and fold them up.
Take out fingers (3 and 4, see fig. 8.16) rod (1) PP supports. Loosen the nuts (9) bearing mountings (5) supports. Remove rod (2, fig. 8.27) from bearing (1).
Note. Thrust bearing (1) do not shoot.
Press out bushing (2, see fig. 8.16) bearing, and if it is damaged, replace it.
Lubricate the new bearing bush with «Circolight» and press it into the support rod so that its side edges protrude evenly on both sides of the rod.
Lubricate pivot pins when installing (3 and 4, see fig. 8.16) and the bearing neck of the bearing rod with lubricated type «Circolight» or grease type «Kluber Polylub GLY 801».
New nuts (9, see fig.8.16) fastening of the bearing support tighten to a torque of 21.5 Nm (2.15 kgf·m). bolts (M10) fasten the cross member to the body to tighten to 41 Nm (4.1 kgf·m), a new bolt nut (M12) Tighten the fastenings of the manual transmission to the cross member with a torque of 74 Nm (7.4 kgf·m). While holding the head of the bolt (4, see fig. 8.3) wrench and turn only the nut (5), this will ensure that there is no stress in the rubber-metal hinge (3) RCPP supports.
