Removal and installation the front exhaust manifold (n52 K engine)
1. Remove the rear exhaust manifold.
Note:
- When removing and installing the exhaust manifold, there is a risk of damaging the lambda probes.
- There is a risk of damage to the lambda probes.
2. Remove the adjusting probe for cylinders 1-3.
3. Remove the control probe for cylinders 1-3.
4. Unscrew the nuts.
5. Remove the exhaust manifold (1).
Note:
- During installation, it is necessary to clean the sealing surfaces and replace the seals.
- Replace the nuts.
Tightening torque: 20 Nm.
6. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the above notes.
