Prepare the "00.2.210" tool. Allow the exhaust system to cool completely, the temperature should be less than 35°C or equal to the ambient temperature. Loosen the bolts and remove the stiffening plate. Remove the exhaust system assembly.
To replace the standard front muffler, simply unscrew the nuts on the rear muffler side and replace it. In doing so, replace the flange joint gaskets and tighten the M8 nuts to 30 N·m (3.0 kgf·m).
If there is damage to the front muffler intake pipes (1, see Fig. 3.30) or their length does not correspond to the standard, then you should measure the length of the pipe on the new front muffler, transfer its dimensions to the faulty front muffler (1) and mark the cutting line.
Using the device "00.2.210" (fig. 3.173), cut the intake pipe along the markings and clean the edges from burrs.

Loosen the bolt nuts and remove the front muffler (1). Connect the intake pipes and the front muffler using clamp couplings (2).
When installing the clamping coupling (fig. 3.174) make sure that the coupling nuts are facing down, the joint is in the middle of the coupling, and there is sufficient distance to adjacent parts.

Install the removed parts on the vehicle. Start the engine and check the exhaust system for leaks by closing it with a cloth gag.
Replace the rear muffler (20) of the exhaust system in a similar order.
