The independent front suspension consists of wishbones, MacPherson struts with coil springs and telescopic gas-filled shock absorbers, as well as an anti-roll bar.
Both shock absorbers are connected to the body and steering knuckles with bolts. The steering knuckles are guided by aluminum transverse levers, which are connected to the front suspension beam. The beam is connected to the bottom of the car with bolts through hydraulic supports.
The front suspension has a stabilizer bar, which prevents the body from tilting when turning and improves the grip of the front wheels on the road.
The front suspension is maintenance-free.
Welding and straightening work on the front suspension is not permitted.
Considering that the transverse levers and supports are made entirely of aluminum:
1. Do not allow aluminum chassis parts to come into contact with battery electrolyte.
2. Use only stainless steel brushes for cleaning. Do not use carbon steel or brass brushes.
3. When grinding/cutting with a circle, cover the aluminum chassis parts and do not expose them to sparks.
4. Avoid exposure to steel welding spatter, cover aluminum parts.
5. Do not expose aluminum parts to point temperatures above +90°C. Painting in chambers is permitted.
