1. Remove the pedal assembly trim.

1. Disconnect the brake light D/W wiring connector.

2. Press the brake pedal. Use a spacer if necessary.

3. Pull the pusher with the sleeve forward to the end (1), squeeze the clamps (2) and remove the switch with a backward movement.



4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Slowly release the brake pedal to its original position.

On all vehicles with DSC, the gap between the brake pedal and the D/W brake lights should be set at 0.7 mm. If this gap does not ensure perfect operation, reduce the gap to 0.6 mm.

1. Disconnect the connector (1), remove the brake light D/W (2) from the holder (4) in the direction indicated by the arrow.

2. Press the brake pedal (3) and install the brake light D/W into the holder until it stops. While holding the holder, slowly return the brake pedal to its original position and move it back even further (until it stops).

1. Remove the left lower section of the instrument panel trim (see chapter Body).

2. Remove the brake light bulbs.

3. Remove the retaining clips (1), remove the pin (2) and remove the brake pedal.



4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Check the condition of the pedal axle bushing and replace it if necessary. Lubricate the sliding surfaces of the bushing.
