2. Remove the EWS ring antenna.
3. Remove the steering column switch brackets (see chapter On-board electrical equipment).

4. If equipped, disconnect the Interlock system rod.

5. Remove the bolt and the wiring harness holder. Disconnect the ignition switch wiring connector.

6. Cut off the head of the disposable screw, remove the plate (1) and the lock (2) of the steering wheel shaft.
When installing, tighten the disposable screw until it breaks off at the neck.
7. Remove the lock cylinder and install a new steering wheel shaft lock.

8. Remove the protective varnish, unscrew the control screws and install the ignition switch on the new steering wheel shaft lock.
When installing, paint the heads of the countersunk screws.
9. After installation, check the functions of the ignition switch and steering column switches.
