Removal and installation the rear shock absorber spring
Please note: The coil springs of both shock absorbers on the same axle are replaced only if they are rusted.
1. Remove the rear wheel.
2. Disconnect the axle shaft from the rear axle gearbox, move it upwards and tie it up.
3. Disconnect the mounting struts from the stabilizer bar on both sides.
4. Disconnect the ride height sensor rod (if any) from its lever.

Caution: Do not allow the brake hose to become taut.
5. Unscrew the screw and remove the bracket together with the brake hose.
Tightening torque: 9 Nm.
Caution: Failure to follow these instructions may cause the vehicle to slip off the lift, causing serious injury.
Note: When propping up, ensure that:
- the car no longer rose or fell;
- the car did not lift off the lift's support plates.

6. Support the trailing arm with a jack (1).
7. Remove the screw.
8. Lower the jack (1).
Note:
- The thrust disc (2) is on a rubber-metal hinge
- the installation must point towards the bolt head.
- Tighten the bolt when the vehicle is normally loaded.
Tightening torque: 100 Nm.

9. Press the longitudinal lever down.
10. Remove the shock absorber spring to the side.
11. Remove the upper insulating gasket (1) from the socket/side member.
Note:
- When installing, it is necessary to install the spring together with the upper insulating gasket (1) on the lower gasket (2) installed in the wishbone and align it with the socket/side member.
- Raise the longitudinal arm with a jack.
Caution: The insulating spacers must be installed correctly in the side member and wishbone sockets (with geometric closure). Otherwise, there is a risk of the coil spring jumping off the centering element.

Note:
- When installing, it is necessary to check for damage and, if necessary, replace the spring insulating gaskets (1, 3).
- Place the upper gasket (1) onto the spring (2).
12. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the above notes.
13. Check and, if necessary, adjust the position of the headlights.
