Loosen the bandages on the left and right sides, disconnect the horn connectors and remove the expansion rivets (1, Fig. 18.10) from the left and right sides of the fan impeller casing (2). Loosen the fasteners and remove the brake disc ventilation duct without damaging its fasteners and brackets.
Using a marker, mark the position of the bracket (3, Fig. 18.11) on the cross beam, which will ensure its quick installation in the future. Unscrew the bolts (1), unscrew the nuts (2) and remove the bracket (3) moving forward.
The installation of the front bumper trim brackets on the crossbar should be carried out in the reverse order, while it is necessary to replace the damaged sheet nuts. The mounting studs and clamps on the bracket, the clamps on the brake disc ventilation channel should not be damaged.
Adjust the height of the front bumper trim (see fig. 18.2).
