Due to the fact that the engine has two cylinder heads, the coolant is drained in parallel, thanks to the manifold (1, fig. 4.107).
Remove the intake manifold and stiffener plate. Remove the coolant drain plug on the right side of the cylinder block, drain the coolant and dispose of it.
Loosen the clamps and disconnect the coolant hoses from the manifold. Loosen left and right screws (3, M6), three bolts on each side, and remove the manifold.
Clean gasket surfaces. Replace gasket and tighten bolt (М14х,5) drain hole on the cylinder block with a torque of 25 Nm (2.5 kgf·m). Install the hardness panel and fill the engine cooling system, remove air from the cooling system and check it for leaks.
