Remove the "mass" connection (1, Fig. 4.138) from the ignition coils of the 2nd and 7th cylinders. Unscrew the bolts (dark arrows, Fig. 4.138) ignition coil mounts and remove them.
Installation of ignition coils should be carried out in reverse order, while it is necessary to fix a thin "mass" wire (1, Fig. 4.139) bolt on the ignition coil of the 2nd and 7th cylinders. Screw the thick jumper (2) connecting to the "ground" bolt on the ignition coils of the 3rd and 7th cylinders.
After replacing the ignition coils, it is necessary to read the fault information from the memory of the ECU-KSUD of the "DME" system. Eliminate the faults and erase the information from the memory of the ECU.
Replacement of tips (fig. 4.140) the spark plugs and the spark plugs themselves should be treated in the same manner as for the M54 engine.
