Frame reinforcement

Installation
Frame reinforcement
5. Replace the frame and secure it with bolts. If the frame touches any support or bracket, a special washer must be placed under the frame.
6. Tighten the bolts to the required torque.
Flat design amplifier
7. Beginning in February 2001, 66 mm long lower control arm bushings are installed on vehicles. In this regard, the design of the amplifier has been slightly changed. To accommodate the elongated bushings in the amplifier, two stampings are made. If an old design reinforcement is installed on a model with extended bushings, washers of the appropriate thickness should be placed under the rear attachment points of the amplifier to the body. The bushings must not touch the amplifier. Reinstall the booster, insert new bolts with washers of the desired thickness and tighten the bolts to the required torque.
Amplifiers of all types
8. Place a crankcase under the engine and lower the vehicle to the ground.
