Remove the soundproofing casing. Remove oil from the oil filter and drain the coolant, send them for disposal. Protect the generator from contamination.
Disconnect the hose (1, see Fig. 6.92) and disconnect the SS (2). Unscrew the screws (3.4) and remove the oil filter housing together with the liquid-oil heat exchanger, if installed.
Remove the bolts (11, see Fig. 6.11) fastenings of the liquid-oil heat exchanger (9) and remove it from the housing (1) of the oil filter.
The oil heat exchanger should be installed in the reverse order, while it is necessary to clean all sealing surfaces and replace the oil filter housing gaskets. Change the engine oil. Start the engine and let it idle until the oil pressure indicator goes out. Stop the engine, after 10 minutes, check the engine oil level, add oil if necessary.
