Distance between the locking ring and the end face of the synchronizer ring gear:
- synchronizer of 1st and 2nd gears — 1.1 – 1.6 mm;
- synchronizer III gear - 0.95 - 1.35 mm;
- synchronizer IV and V gears - 0.95 - 1.35 mm;
- maximum permissible wear - 0.80 mm;
- reverse gear synchronizer - 0.70 - 1.15 mm;
- maximum permissible wear of the reverse gear is 0.50 mm.
