Axial clearance of the primary shaft is 0.00 – 0.09 mm.

Secondary shaft axial clearance: 0.15 – 0.19 mm.

Radial runout of the secondary shaft journal is 0.07 mm.

Radial runout of the secondary shaft flange is 0.07 mm.

The end runout of the secondary shaft flange is 0.10 mm.

Distance between the locking ring and the end face of the synchronizer ring gear:

• 1st/2nd gear synchronizer – 1.3 – 2.5 mm;

Maximum wear limit is 1.0 mm;

• 3rd/4th gear synchronizer – 0.80 – 1.40 mm;

Maximum wear limit is 0.7 mm;

• synchronizer V/VI gears 0.95 – 1.50 mm;

Maximum wear limit: 0.75 mm;

• reverse gear synchronizer - 0.65 - 1.25 mm;

Maximum permissible wear is 0.50 mm.

The heating temperature of the manual transmission housing when pressing in bearings is 80°C.
