Disassembly
Remove the differential from the final drive.
Turn out bolts of fastening on a cover of the case.
Remove the housing cover.
Rotate the case and remove the contents.
Attention: Arrange the parts in assembly order.
Check all parts for wear.
Assembly
Assembly is carried out in the reverse order, taking into account the following.
To measure the prestress, measure A from the pinion to the outer sipe.
Measure dimension B on the lid.
Put together belleville springs with the same bends and determine the dimension C.
To ensure that the disc springs are not overtightened, an installation gap of 0.1-0.4 mm must be observed.
Deviations from the installation gap are corrected by the thickness of the outer slats.
Assembly sequence: Shim (1), oil pockets point towards the body (down). belleville spring (2) with an internal lug attach to the axle of the differential (up).
Smooth side of washer (3) facing the belleville spring (down). The spout enters the guide on the body.
Distance washer (4), Belleville spring (5) internal protrusion to the axis of the differential.
External lamella (6) with 4 spouts.
Internal lamella (7).
pressure ring (8), axle gear, differential pinions with shafts (10) and the second gear of the drive shaft (9) and pressure ring.
Molybdenum coated inner lamella (7), outer blade, cup spring.
Insert the adjusting washer into the cover (1) oil pockets to the lid, belleville spring (2) inside bend outwards and a washer with a spout (3) the smooth side to the belleville spring and the spout into the groove of the cover.
Put on the cover with washers.
Insert the bolts and tighten them evenly.
