Removal and installation of all injectors of the injection system (N52K)
1. Read the DME system control unit fault codes.
2. Turn off the ignition.
3. Remove the air intake pipe.
4. Remove the ignition coil housing.
Attention:
- When the fuel lines are disconnected, fuel leaks out. Collect and dispose of leaking fuel.
- Observe the applicable national disposal regulations.

5. Release the connector (1) from the holder (2) and disconnect.
6. Release the wire harnesses from the holder (2) and the mounting plate (3).
7. Disconnect the holder (2) from the distribution line branch.

8. Remove the protective cap from the compressed air network tap.

9. Connect the hose (1) to the compressed air supply valve.
10. Short-term supply of compressed air (max 3 bar) return fuel to the fuel tank.

11. Unlock and disconnect the fuel line (1).
12. Detach the mounting plate (2) in the direction indicated by the arrow.
13. Remove the screws.
Tightening torque: 9±1 Nm.
14. Remove the branch (3) of the distribution line.

15. Plug the fuel hose using tool 135281.

16. Release the clamps (1).
17. Remove the injectors from the branch of the distribution line.
Note: When installing, it is necessary to replace the injector sealing rings and lubricate them with grease to facilitate the sliding of the rubber.
18. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the above notes.
Note:
- Check the recorded fault codes.
- Clear fault codes.
