The voltage stabilizer is designed to maintain the operating voltage of the instrument panel supply in the range of 9.75–10.25 V and is part of the instrument panel EB. Checking the operation of the stabilizer must be carried out when the readings of the fuel level and fuel coolant temperature gauges give clearly incorrect values. Carry out inspection only at the service station.
In case of failure of the voltage stabilizer, it must be replaced as part of the electronic unit or the entire instrument panel. When replacing the EB, code the instrument panel at the service station.
