Adjusting fog lights (BMW X5 E53)

Adjustment of the car's fog lights must be carried out at a service station, in the following order. Observe the conditions for adjusting the headlights (see above), remove the cover on the fog lamp. On cars manufactured before October 2003, the optical axis direction on the fog lamps is adjusted only by height, using a screw located on its outer side (1, Fig. 16.8, a), on cars produced since October 2003 with a screw (4, Fig. 16.8, b).
