Attention! Do not turn the selector handle when removing it, otherwise the retainer located in it will be cut off.
The automatic transmission selector handle must be replaced in the following order: Remove the handle with a strong upward jerk.
To install the handle, you need to move the cover (1, Fig. 9.83) downwards until the groove (2) on the selector is completely exposed. Place the handle on the control selector, align it and press firmly until it clicks into place.
