Remove the engine cooling system radiator, pump out the refrigerant from the air conditioner. Unscrew the screw (1, Fig. 17.48) and bolts (2). Disconnect the air conditioner pipes from the condenser.

Caution! When removing the radiator of the hydraulic power steering system, working fluid will leak out, which must be collected and disposed of.
Disconnect the quick-release couplings of the power steering pipes. Remove the bolt (1, Fig. 17.49) cassette mounts and remove the air conditioning condenser. Remove the hydraulic steering radiator and the front bumper.

Remove the bolts (1, Fig. 17.50) on the right and left sides and remove the cassette from the brackets, moving it upwards.

The installation of the air conditioner cassette should be carried out in the reverse order, while it is necessary to insert the cassette on the left and right into the brackets. Insert the condenser into the semicircular brackets (arrows, Fig. 17.51) left and right.

Check the correct installation of the sealing strip between the condenser and the radiator of the hydraulic steering system. Replace the sealing rings of the air conditioner pipes. Bleed the power steering. Evacuate and fill the air conditioner.
Fill the engine cooling system and bleed air from it.
