Remove the radiator of the engine cooling system, pump out the refrigerant from the air conditioner. Remove the screw (1, fig. 17.48) and bolts (2). Disconnect the A/C lines from the condenser.
Attention! When the power steering hydraulic cooler is removed, power steering fluid leaks out, which must be collected and disposed of.
Disconnect the power steering quick couplings. Remove bolt (1, fig. 17.49) fixing the cassette and remove the air conditioner condenser. Remove the hydraulic steering cooler and front bumper.
Remove bolts (1, fig. 17.50) on the right and left sides and remove the cassette from the brackets towards the top.
Installation of the air conditioning cassette should be carried out in the reverse order, while inserting the cassette from the left and right into the brackets. Insert the capacitor into the semi-circular brackets (arrows, fig. 17.51) left and right.
Check that the sealing strip between the condenser and the hydraulic steering cooler is correctly installed. Replace the O-rings on the A/C lines. Bleed the power steering. Vacuum and fill the conditioner.
Fill the engine cooling system and remove air from it.
