Note. To prevent the lever drive motor from falling out, fix it with adhesive tape.
Disconnect the loop from the electric motor (1, see fig. 16.10), unscrew the screws (2) and remove the wiper motor.
Installation of the rear window wiper motor should be carried out in the reverse order, while it is necessary to replace the rubber bushing (6), while paying attention to its position, the marking should occupy a horizontal position.
Insert motor mounting screws and tighten by hand. Center the wiper motor and tighten the screws (M6) fixing it with a torque of 10 Nm (1.0 kgf·m).
Set the jet of washer fluid, it should hit the point (1, fig. 16.35) with coordinates A = 100 mm and B = 450 mm.
Attention! Do not insert sharp objects into the nozzle because of the risk of damaging it.
Mark the point where the washer fluid hits the glass with a piece of adhesive tape. Adjust the nozzle by inserting an angled screwdriver with a 3.5 mm blade into the hole.
If necessary, replace the rear window washer nozzles using the tool «00.9.317». After replacing the nozzle, it must be adjusted.
