Note: Some models have the supply pipe screwed directly into the distribution pipe. In this case, the sealing ring must always be replaced and lubricated with petroleum jelly during installation.

In another design, the fuel hose is secured with clamps, and in this case, a special tool or similar clamps are needed to release the clamps. Before installation, check the sealing ring and replace it if necessary.

Caution: When installing the injectors, make sure that the sealing rings are not damaged. Replace damaged sealing rings, paying attention to the position of the other sealing ring. Lubricate the sealing rings before installation only with technical petroleum jelly or transmission oil.

Secure the fuel rail to the cylinder head with two bolts.

Put on the hoses (fuel lines) fuel supply and return to the distribution line and secure them with new clamps or sealing rings.

Connect the plugs of the lambda probes and the VANOS solenoid valve.

Place the injector plug strip on.

Install two engine covers, put on the oil filler cap.
